  • Line Cook: $19-$23/hr DOE + tips

    Dishwasher: $18-$22/hr DOE + tips

    • Full-Time & Part-Time Available

  • For this position, you will be required to work at least one weekend shift and mostly dinner/closing shifts. We are looking for someone who is customer-oriented, a skilled problem-solver, adaptable and has dine-in restaurant experience.

    Essential Duties

    • Acts as manager on duty when general manager is not present

    • Opens or closes restaurant according to schedule and management policies

    • Ensures all local, state, and federal laws as well as ownership and management policies are implemented and consistently followed

    • Trains in every front of house position and is able to fill in as needed

    • Leads by example by being able to handle high volume shifts while providing exemplary guest service

    • Resolves guests complaints satisfactorily

    • Maintains a safe and hygienic workspace

    • Assists in training and motivating staff while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback

    • Assists in leading team meetings

    • Accurately handles all cash, card, and check transactions

    • Accurately ensures all products sold and wasted are recorded

    • Understands point of sale system and is able to train others on system


    Pay/Benefits

    • $23-$25 DOE

    • Free daily shift meal

    Working Conditions

    • In a typical work week, front of house supervisor will work 3-5 MOD (manager on duty) shifts. To ensure full time hours, supervisor may work other front of house positions such as expeditor, host, or server.

    • In a typical work week, front of house supervisor will have 0-2 hours of administrative duties.

    • MUST be available to work high volume shifts such as evenings and weekends

    • Position requires prolonged standing and walking

    • Position intermittently requires bending, reaching, and crouching

    • Will regularly lift supplies weighing 5-10 lbs

    • Occasionally lifts supplies weighing up to 50 lbs

    • Works with hot, cold, and hazardous liquids and equipment

     

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    • Must Pass Background Check

    • 1+ Year Experience in a Dine-In Restaurant and Bar Setting

    • 1+ Year Experience in a Leadership Role

    • 2+ Years Experience in Front of House Positions such as Hosting, Serving, and Bartending

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail

    • Leadership

    • Adaptability

    • Customer Server and Complaint Resolution

    • Strong Analytic and Problem-Solving Skills

    • Ability to use a Computerized Point-of-Sale System

    • Cash Handling and Payment Reconciliation Experience

    • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, High Stress Environment

    • Work Schedule Flexibility

    • Food Handler’s Certification (preferred but can obtain after hiring)

    • Montana Alcohol Seller Certification (preferred but can obtain after hiring)
